Printing a bunch of books by me and a few of my favorite artist I have met recently for my jump into publishing really soon, so I am deciding what originals I can stand parting with.

Monday is now shipping and business and client meetings/emails only!

All missing orders are officially shipped(most with original art as thanks!), my new inventory system is in place, and I officially have an assistant taking over most of the packaging and keeping things in stock so the days of month late packages are over. I REALLY appreciate the people who have been understanding and patient about the issues I have has with this. It HAS been a regular issue, and I am so happy to have that off my shoulders.

All books, patches, and shirts should be back in stock after Comic con. I am redesigning the two current Teen Wizard books as Hive. #1 and Hive. #2 at a new size to be printed in the Format of the publishing outfit I am launching. They will both have 20 to 40 pages of content added to them (including the Teen Wizard pages for the abandoned issue three) as well so they will be over 100 pages. If you already own the current Teen Wizard issues I will have a special price for them so you don’t have to pay for most of the same material twice.

Lots of really big things on the horizon I can’t talk about even though I post everything on here. I just have to get comic con out of the way.

Sunday cleaning and reading. Sorting Mini’s. This is about an eighth of my zine/minicomic hoarding problem. I just wish there was a good way to store them. Maybe photo albums?

I would really like to do more minicomic minireviews again. Maybe after Comicon I can start that again.

Thank you so much! I really stress about keeping things as legible and clear as possible, while also trying to keep it looking interesting so this means a lot. I have periods of extreme doubts about my work because I started so late and drawing has never been an easy thing for me, but maybe my shortcomings are also benifiets in their own ways. I plan on doing this for as long as my body will let me.

Seriously, this made me feel awesome. You should shoot me an address so I can send you a book and some stickers.

According to my facebook the class I went to at The Center for Cartoon Studies jus graduated, and the class I was attending The Saw with just finished their first year a week or so ago.

Congratulations guys! Anyone trying to trade books can always message me on something.

Also, if you are seriously interested in cartooning I am pretty sure The Saw is taking applications. It’s really REALLY cheap and is very top notch. Both schools are actually pretty sweet if you are into academia and can afford it.

Teen Wizard relaunches online in about two weeks. Jerk punk kids, depressed ghosts, asshole wizards, judgmental pigeons, violent disputes over anime, dogs with beards, hella skulls just laying around, writers block caused by haunted pencils, amateur satanists, and more stuff I like. I am actually VERY excited.

Feeling a lot better about this new vision for the strip. I was supposed to draw it super simply so I could crank them out, but I just can’t not draw and draw and draw so I will never be able to get to 80 percent of the strips I really want to draw onto paper, especially since I want to do some short graphic novel type things this year. I may actually blow up these strips and re ink them with a brush before launch. I am actually toying with the idea of looking into a collaborative side comic where we both write, and one person pencils and the other inks. Talking to some people, but if you might want to try something feel free to shoot me an email. I am looking for something specific, but it doesn’t hurt to try.

Oh god I love drawing.

Besides volcanoes The other stuff isn’t “firing” me up right now. I am likely going to spend an hour reading about volcanoes now though. ;( Also, I usually like to just see what happens when I draw flash since I do it to relax and take breaks from my less flexible projects. I have actually been having wrist issues, so I can’t really draw anything that isn’t my comic or a commission these days.

If you would like a piece of custom flash or piece of art done I genuinely enjoy doing those and actually have time to take on small cheap commissions this month and am trying to raise money to print new books pretty soon.
